Today is the first day of autumn. It took a while for me to realise that it was my favourite season after so many years thinking it was summer. But the weather, the crunchy leaves, the orange hues, and the crisp mornings speak to my soul more than the extremely hot weather that I now experience in the UK during summer (that and 2–3 months of hay fever lolsob)

And with that, I made an autumn page last year. It wasn’t much besides a page that said when autumn started and how long it’d be, rounded off with a dithered image of some pumpkins. This year, I’ve still got all that but I’ve added something extra: leaves!

James wrote a couple of pieces about autumn and I figured it’d be cool to link to autumn web pages that I find from now or the past and so both of them are linked there as leaf emojis. I hope to build the leaves up as a pyramid (like how you’d see piles of leaves during this time of year) so if you have any to recommend or if you’ve written any yourself, please let me know! And happy autumn!
