It's been a while since I last did a weekly round up. A fair amount of things have changed:
My mental health is up and down as to be expected but CBT is really helping. I've identified my main problem as a lack of assertiveness. I'm slowly working on it as well as other small things I've noticed, such as the clothes I wear and how I interact with strangers. A great service reached out to me earlier this week called Rehab 4 Addiction. They're a free helpline and information service for people suffering from addiction and mental health issues. They're based in the United Kingdom, but operate in Anglophone countries such as the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
I moved into a new place and finally got internet sorted out. Getting my own place has helped with the former as I feel a lot more relaxed.
Still got a love-hate relationship with Twitter. Some days it's great, other days I feel ignored. Stupid, I know, but I don't have a friendship group where I live so I try living through that. I need to change that and hopefully, with an event I'm going to next month, I will.
My digital marketing course is going well. Gone past a quarter of the way through. Just need to put some time aside for reading.
